Every Friday Night at 7pm. Deep relaxation sessions. Join Kate for an hour of nurturing sounds to recalibrate your system. Sound Healing Group Sessions with Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Native American Flute, percussion to take you on a journey of sound, frequency and vibration. Nothing is required of you, simply lie back, relax and let the sounds wash over you and vibrations move through you. Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls are attuned to the healing frequency of 432hz (thought to be the harmonic intonation of nature). These frequencies slow the brainwaves to a deeply meditative state. The Parasympathetic Nervous System is activated, and a restorative state is created where self-healing occurs. The session will include the Gong, a powerful, all-encompassing energetic shifter. The layered vibration built up with the Gong creates a mysterious, otherworldly atmosphere. This helps to guide you out of an analytical mind and into the body. The future of healing is a holistic view of our minds and bodies and how we relate to our environment. Everything is energy. Getting yours to move and flow is vital for overall health and happiness. Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling made before 24 hours would be processed without a penalty. But cancellations made less than 24 hours before event will forfeit the full booking amount.
